Direct Primary Care is a membership-based healthcare model that gives you direct
access to your primary care provider without relying on insurance for routine primary
care services. Our focus is on personalized, accessible, and relationship-based care.
We do not bill insurance for our membership services. Our affordable monthly membership
covers your primary care services, allowing us to provide transparent pricing and
personalized care without insurance restrictions.
Our Insurance Based Model Will bill select insurances.
Yes. While your membership does not bill insurance for office visits, you may still use
your health insurance for medications, laboratory testing, imaging, specialist visits,
emergency care, hospital services, and other healthcare needs outside your
membership.

No. Membership is month-to-month, and you may cancel at any time according to the
membership agreement.
We currently care for adults 18 years and older. Children ages 2–17 may be added with
an active adult membership or active adult insurance-based patient.
Appointments can be requested and self-scheduled through our patient portal. We strive to offer timely appointments and convenient scheduling.
Many patients can be seen the same day or the next business day, depending on
availability and medical need.
Yes. When medically appropriate, we can prescribe most non-controlled medications
electronically to your preferred pharmacy.
No. Taylored Healthcare does not prescribe or manage chronic controlled substances,
including long-term opioid pain medications, stimulant medications for ADHD,
benzodiazepines, or medical marijuana.
If laboratory testing is needed, we'll provide you with an order and discuss the most
cost-effective options available. You may use your insurance or pay cash pricing when
available.
We can order imaging studies such as X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, ultrasounds, and mammograms when medically appropriate. These services are completed at outside
facilities.
Absolutely. If specialty care is needed, we'll coordinate referrals and work with your specialist to ensure continuity of care.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency
department immediately. Direct Primary Care is not a substitute for emergency medical
services.
Yes. Members have secure messaging access for non-emergency questions and follow-
up concerns. Response times may vary, but we strive to respond promptly between 24-
48 hours.
You'll need a smartphone, tablet, or computer with internet access, a camera, and a microphone. No special equipment is required.
Yes. We use secure, HIPAA-compliant technology to protect your personal health
information and privacy.
We provide comprehensive primary care for many routine healthcare needs. However,
you should still maintain insurance for emergencies, hospitalization, surgeries, specialist care, and other major medical expenses.

easier access to your provider, and healthcare that is truly tailored to your individual
